Outside Sales Representative – Windows & Doors (Statewide – Texas)
Compensation: Base + Commission + Car Allowance | $100K–$350K+ OTE

Headquartered in Houston, we’ve been producing custom aluminum solutions since 1978 and proudly distribute brands like Jeld-Wen, LaCantina, and PlyGem.Our team serves top builders and architects across Texas from showrooms in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas.
We’re growing fast in the Texas market—and we’re hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative to help us accelerate.

What You’ll Do- Grow a portfolio of custom builders and architects in Texas
- Prospect, cold-call, and close new business to increase market share
- Collaborate with inside sales, estimating, and marketing teams
- Own the sales cycle—from early design consult to final close and follow-through
- Drive quote activity and track performance
- Ensure builder satisfaction with proactive communication and clean execution
- Quote Volume – Are you working the market and creating demand?
- Revenue Won – Are you converting those quotes into sales?
- Builder Experience – Are your accounts happy, well-informed, and sticking with RAM?
- Base Salary: $50K target
- Commissions
- 5% on RAM-manufactured product sales
- 10% of gross profit (material margin) on distributed product sales (typically averages ~3% of sale price)
- Monthly car allowance
- Top performers earn $250K–$350K annually
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials
- Experience working with custom homebuilders or high-end contractors
- Excellent follow-up, quoting accuracy, and service mindset
- Comfortable managing 25–40 active accounts while hunting new ones
- Proficient with Quoting systems
- Valid driver’s license for regular local travel
- Support from a dedicated inside sales and estimating team
