As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building lasting partnerships within your assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and manage a defined sales territory, driving results and revenue growth
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to generate consistent new business each month
- Develop and expand a $1M+ territory through proactive prospecting and relationship-building
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through long-term account partnership
- Utilize Monday.com as a CRM and sales workflow tool to track activities and opportunities
- Maintain high activity levels to ensure a steady flow of new business
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven experience in prospecting and new business development
- Experience using consultative selling approaches
- Experience with Monday.com as a CRM or sales workflow tool
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling industrial equipment or service/support offerings
- Experience managing customer relationships end-to-end, from first contact through ongoing account management
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel within an assigned sales territory
- Competitive salary range of $50,000–$100,000 per year with uncapped commission potential
