Job Description- Develop accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to assess project requirements.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, proposals, and project budgets.

A successful Healthcare Construction Estimator should have:
