Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma)
Active, full, and unrestricted RN license in the State of Alaska (required at submission)
Minimum 3 years of Operating Room (OR) experience
High school diploma or GED

Required Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Influenza (Flu) vaccination required
