Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This position is centered on providing accessible mental health care through virtual sessions. You’ll work with clients facing a range of concerns, offering structured support, clinical insight, and practical tools they can use outside of sessions.

The role is designed for clinicians who value consistency, autonomy, and a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth
Complete client intake assessments and evaluations
Create goal-oriented treatment plans
Track and document client outcomes
Ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards

Requirements

Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Experience providing clinical therapy services
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
