Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:This role focuses on providing virtual mental health care to individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. As an LCSW in a telehealth setting, you’ll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and support clients through ongoing therapy sessions—all within a structured weekday schedule.
Your work directly helps clients build coping strategies, improve functioning, and maintain stability in their daily lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience providing clinical therapy services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- 2 weeks PTO
