A privately held commercial general contractor founded in 2018, focused on interior renovations and selective ground-up work. The firm delivers office, retail, and medical projects across South Florida and is scaling steadily with a strong backlog.
Job Description- Manage multiple interior projects from kickoff to completion
- Control budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate architects, engineers, inspectors, and clients
- Lead project meetings and provide clear status reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards

The Successful Applicant- 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC
- Background in interior commercial construction projects
- Experience managing projects valued at $100K-$3M
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-moving environment
