Job Description- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings and effectively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources for construction projects.
- Monitor and manage subcontractor performance to ensure quality standards are maintained.
