Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Job Details:
- Work 3x12 day shifts or 4x10 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 2 days of late case coverage per week
- Average daily caseload of 18 cases
- 1 year EP Lab clinical experience required
- First-time travelers accepted with required EP experience
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- No floating required
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES/RCIS
- Preferred certifications: ARRT, Fluoro permit
- Experience required with Cerner charting system and electrophysiology lab procedures
- Hemodynamic monitoring and ablation experience required
- EKG settings experience required: Inpatient, Outpatient, obtaining vitals, sinus node rhythms
- Equipment experience required: Philips X-Ray machine/Siemens x-ray machine, GE Micropacer
- Preferred equipment experience: 3D mapping Biosense, 3D mapping Abbott/ESI, GE/Abbott EP4, ViewMate U/Sound
- Perform special procedures including cardiac electrophysiology studies, cardioversion, device implants, and ablations
- Work with adult and geriatric patients in a 5-room EP lab unit
- 20 hours of orientation provided
- Scrubs provided by facility
- Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
