Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform complex procedures such as cardiac electrophysiology studies and interventions with precision.
- Utilize advanced imaging equipment like Philips and Siemens X-ray machines for accurate diagnostics.
- Monitor and interpret EKG settings for inpatient and outpatient services.
- Assist in device implants and explants, including pacemakers and defibrillators.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Cerner charting systems.
- Ensure readiness and compliance with all procedures and safety protocols during daily operations.
- Valid Electrophysiology Lab Technician certification and state licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an EP lab setting required.
- Advanced certifications including ACLS, BLS, and CCI RCES/RCIS.
- Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac ablations.
- Experience with GE Micropacer and other critical electrophysiology lab equipment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
