Manufacturing Manager Large Machinery
Seeking experience leading manufacturing operations in fabrication and inspection for large machinery, excellent opportunity for experienced line managers to advance into upper leadership. Competitive salary, generous benefits, paid time off, vacation packages, advancement opportunities, and more!
Shall:
*** Manage internal aspects of complex manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly projects for plastic molding equipment ordered to customer specifications.
*** Ensure appropriate staffing for projects leading to on-time completion of projects.
*** Create changes to scheduling, equipment, or other in order to meet project needs.
*** Develop staff and train technicians in company procedures and pursue quality manufacturing from all levels.
*** Assess cost, methods, applications, manufacturing and timeframe requirements for new customer orders.
*** Interface with sales and customer representatives, aid in machine and equipment selection based on machinery capabilities and customer needs.
Requires:
*** 5+ years relevant experience.
*** Leadership abilities, proven success in managing personnel during manufacturing activities surrounding production of small-batch, complex machinery.
*** Must be able to lead teams of technicians with 15 to 20+ direct reports.
