Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow professional with hands-on experience in Now Assist, ServiceNow's Generative AI capability. The candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-powered solutions, configuring Now Assist features, and integrating GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow workflows.

Required Skills

5+ years of ServiceNow experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM
Knowledge of Generative AI and LLM concepts
Experience configuring AI-driven workflows and virtual agents
Integration experience using REST APIs
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting)
Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and development

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with AI Search, Virtual Agent, and GenAI capabilities
Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other LLM platforms
ServiceNow AI/Now Assist implementation experience
