Job Description

Responsibilities:

Set up and hand‑load raw materials on CNC machines per job specifications
Maintain production levels at or above established standard rates
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments independently or with supervision
Track tool wear and assist with tool changes and replacements
Perform accurate inspections using CMMs, dial indicators, thread gauges, and other precision tools
Record inspection and job data accurately within ERP or shop systems
Complete post‑machining finishing work including deburring, polishing, and chamfering
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Participate in inventories and special projects as required

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
Strong experience with CNC mills (horizontal and vertical); CNC lathe experience is a plus
Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
Comfortable using inspection equipment and interpreting measurements
Basic computer and ERP system proficiency
Strong understanding of safety practices and standard operating procedures
