Job Description- Define project scope, create schedules, and establish budgets.
- Manage and align architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify, mitigate, and address potential project risks.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
- Track milestones, maintain quality control, and adjust plans as needed.
