Machine Operator / Lead - Direct Hire | Danbury, CT $23–$25/hr + Generous Overtime
Adecco has partnered with a top local manufacturer in Danbury, CT to find a hands-on Machine Operator / Lead who enjoys leading by example and keeping production running smoothly. 2nd shift.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity
What You’ll Do:
- Operate manufacturing equipment while setting the pace for your team
- Lead and support operators at machines and work cells
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records
- Prioritize daily tasks and meet production deadlines
- Communicate clearly with leadership and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading, training, or mentoring others
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
