Job Description- Plan, direct, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project scope, budgets, and schedules while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- Commercial or Retail construction experience project experience $1 Million dollars - $5 Million dollars
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in construction project management tools and software.
- A deep understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Competitive salary range of $95,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on qualifications.
