Job Description- Manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with developers from the very early stages of site acquisition.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and addressing potential delays proactively.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations throughout all project phases.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of construction experience
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading pharmaceutical, healthcare, or commercial projects
- Proficient in Procore
