Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Oversee budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

The Successfull Senior Project Manager should have:

• More than a decade of experience managing construction projects in a general contractor capacity
• Proven ability to successfully deliver large, complex projects across Life Sciences, Defense Light, Commercial, Academic (K-12 in Rhode Island), and Healthcare sectors
• Strong track record of controlling costs and keeping projects aligned with established schedules
• Accountable for leading teams while mentoring and developing staff to reach their full potential
