About Our Client

You will be working for a company with over 20 years of history, they use their comprehensive expertise and fully integrated investment management and development strategy to more than 100 large-scale new construction projects. Project sectors include healthcare, life sciences, mission critical, industrial, retail, office, multi-family and religious/non-profit.

Job Description

Coordinate design meetings with architect, consultants and general contractor
Select General Contractor and develop scope, budget and construction agreement
Organize weekly OAC meetings and other applicable site meetings with consultants, contractor and development partners
Act as the primary point-of-contact for all project correspondence, RFI's, Submittals, addendums, change directives, etc.
Collect all warranties and coordinate training
Manage punch-list process including overseeing QC team and establishing standards for level of quality and acceptance criteria
Communicate issues and work to develop solutions to limit risk and exposures

The Successful Applicant

Applicant should have 5-10 years' experience in the commercial construction industry
OSHA 30
Bachelors Degree
