Project Manager - Federal Construction with Security Clearance

Pay: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Job description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Architecture and a proven track record of managing federal construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and budget requirements
Responsible for all aspects of the Statement of Work
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors
Manage technical aspects and problem-solving on-site
10+ years of design-build construction management experience
At least one of the following certifications or registrations OR an additional 10 years of construction management experience required (Certified Construction Manager (CCM) OR Project Management Professional (PMP) OR Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) OR Designated Design-Build Professional certification OR Licensed Professional in Virgina, Maryland, DC, or Pennsylvania)
Strong knowledge of construction practices, contracts, and safety standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
This position requires you to be on-site full time
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
