Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities
  • Ensures current, accurate, in-system guidance available in all modules, in English & Spanish
  • Coordinates with module owners for guidance modifications to address feedback, defects and changes
  • Plans use of additional guided activities and AI features to improve user experience through Journeys, Knowledge Management and Case Management tools
  • Configures and maintain business processes, security and workflows for Help Module
  • Maintain system documentation of module
  • Serves as lead over Workday Help module
  • Works with business to ensure system guidance is up to date as system enhancements are made across the Workday platform
  • Applies understanding of available technical resources; selects most relevant, innovative options as solutions
  • Completes testing and regression testing of updates, including bi-annual Workday releases
  • Re-processes / actively works to reengineer HR processes to leverage technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer-oriented
Education and Experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, a related field, or comparable experience
  • Exposure or experience with Workday HCM
  • Experience in project management or planning
  • Bi-lingual Spanish strongly preferred
