We are currently hiring a motivated and detail-focused Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the coordination, setup, and execution of live events, promotional activities, and community outreach campaigns.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking real-world experience in event marketing, public engagement, nonprofit outreach, brand promotions, and operational support. We provide complete training, and no previous event experience is required.

Role Overview

As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting successful event operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the events and marketing industry. This position offers exposure to live event environments, customer interaction, and team-based campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, activations, and outreach campaigns
Support event coordinators with daily logistics and on-site operations
Interact with event attendees and share information about campaigns and partner organizations
Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and informational flyers
Maintain a professional, approachable, and positive presence at all event locations
Help record attendance, engagement levels, and basic event performance data
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient event flow
Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and team meetings
