**Job Description:**

You will be the first point of contact and a vital representative of our community, helping individuals and families find their ideal home.

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing informative and engaging property tours.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and communicate the benefits of living at Point on Flamingo.
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, price changes, and industry trends.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting available units and community amenities.
• Assist with the application process, lease agreements, renewals, and ensure compliance with all fair housing laws.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents, promptly addressing their concerns and needs.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Participate in community events and resident activities to enhance the living experience and foster a sense of community.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Proficient in using property management software and standard office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
