Job Description- Support Project Managers with budgets, schedules, procurement, and project documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Assist with cost tracking, contract administration, and project reporting
- Help ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and client expectations

The Successful Applicant- 1-5 years of construction experience as a Project Engineer, Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Assistant Project Manager
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Residential construction experience preferred but not required
