Our client is a well‑established OPM firm experiencing rapid expansion, poised to secure multiple new life science projects this year. With 14+ years in the market and strong partnerships in higher ed, life sciences, and corporate sectors, they've grown from 3 people to nearly 50 and continue to build a highly respected name in the Boston market.

Job Description
  • Lead multiple CGMP and Lab construction projects in the Greater Boston area.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between ownership, design teams, and contractors.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, project deliverables, and risk across complex technical projects.
  • Oversee project documentation, quality control, and compliance.
  • Guide and coordinate GC/CM teams, ensuring alignment with owner goals.
  • Report directly to the Principals and support strategic project planning and forecasting.
  • Utilize Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam for project tracking and communication.

The Successful Applicant
  • 10-15 years of experience with a GC or CM (e.g., Wise, AZ, Columbia, or other lab‑heavy builders).
  • Proven delivery of Lab and/or CGMP projects - this is mandatory.
  • Strong tenure and track record of steady progression.
  • Technical degree preferred (CM, Civil Engineering, Architecture), but open to all strong operators.
  • Excellent soft skills: communication, leadership, client‑facing presence.
  • Must be commutable to Cambridge, MA (no hybrid/remote option).
