Facility Maintenance Technician

One of our best clients is looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician their facilities here in the Nashville area.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician processes work orders for repairs, improvements, upkeep and preventative maintenance for a large commercial property with numerous HVAC units and an aquatics/pool area. They will ensure the upkeep and repair of grounds and buildings is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with some weekend work when needed

This position offers:

• An excellent base salary in the $65-80K range depending upon skills, credentials and years of relevant experience.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
