Spanish Bilingual Warehouse CSR

A fast-growing dog grooming supply distribution company in Northern Palm Beach County , is seeking a Superstar Bi-Lingual Customer Service and Showroom Representative (Spanish/English) to provide exceptional in-person support to customers. This is an on-site, customer-facing position in the showroom 1

education: No Degree Required

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the Jupiter showroom.
• Guide customers through product selection and answer questions in both English and Spanish.
• Process orders and returns in the internal system.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve issues with care, professionalism, and a sense of urgency.
• Help merchandise and keep the showroom clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
