• Lead day‑to‑day site operations for ground‑up projects
• Oversee sitework, underground utilities, and foundations
• Coordinate concrete, structural steel, and PEMB scopes
• Manage subcontractor sequencing, safety, and inspections

• 10+ years of construction experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Local to South Florida with strong subcontractor knowledge
• Proven ground‑up experience with concrete and steel
• Familiar with Miami codes and inspection processes

• Salary range: $140,000-$180,000; depending on experience
• Guaranteed 2‑week bonus plus project bonuses
• Strong health benefits, 3 weeks PTO, 10-12 holidays
