Responsibilities- Lead and support sanitation programs across the facility.
- Create, manage, and update a Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) for all equipment, buildings, and production areas.
- Make sure all work follows food safety rules and standards, including USDA, FDA, GMP, SSOP, and HACCP requirements.
- Oversee sanitation staff on all shifts, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and checking performance.
- Train team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and correct use of cleaning chemicals and protective equipment.
- Be flexible and available to work with the sanitation team across different shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operation.
