Sanitation Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sanitation Manager to lead all sanitation operations and ensure the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per yearshift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 7:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Provide expertise and leadership in Sanitation programs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) for
- Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety regulations, including USDA, FDA, GMPs, SSOPs,
- Supervise sanitation personnel across all shifts; schedule labor, assign duties, and monitor
- Train and develop sanitation team members on proper cleaning methods, safety procedures, and
- Flexibility to work with the entire sanitation team by working with different shifts and weekends
as required in a 24/7 operation.
