What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle — while delivering a smooth, professional, no-pressure experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional way (first impressions matter!)
- Learn customer needs and match them with the right vehicle, trim, and features
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and demos with confidence and product knowledge
- Follow up with leads using phone, text, email, CRM tools, and social platforms
- Stay organized with appointments, pipeline updates, and daily prospecting
- Maintain professionalism and energy on the showroom floor every day

We don’t need “pushy.” We need personable, motivated, and disciplined.
A great candidate is:

- Coachable and open to feedback
- Reliable and consistent (we want professionals, not part-timers)
- Comfortable working weekends and flexible hours (this is retail!)
