Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will:
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Oversee project teams including Project Engineers and Assistant PMs
- Coordinate with field leadership to ensure successful execution and safety compliance
- Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement activities
- Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve project challenges
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
- Participate in preconstruction planning, estimating support, and value engineering efforts

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Senior Project Manager Candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience managing projects for a General Contractor or Construction Manager
- Background in healthcare, commercial, institutional, renovation, or interiors projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Base Salary ranging from $125k-$140, dependent on experience and interview performance
