Experienced Carpenter needed - Fitz & Allard Construction

You must have your own reliable transportation. Laborer will work with on most jobs.

We are looking for a highly experienced carpenter with a strong, well-rounded background in:

• Structural framing
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Finish carpentry and detailed trim work
• Interior and exterior painting
• General home repairs and full-scale remodeling projects

This role requires someone who can assess job scopes, problem-solve in the field, and consistently deliver top-tier workmanship.

• Proven, hands-on carpentry experience across multiple disciplines
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Own professional-grade tools required to perform the job
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Must maintain a smoke-free work environment
