Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel
- Monitor workflow to ensure production schedules and quality standards are achieved
- Train, coach, and evaluate production employees
- Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to optimize operations
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
