Job Description- Manage all phases of multi-family construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

A successful Project Manager - Multi-Family should have:
