Braiding Technician (Machine Operator)
Looking for a hands-on role where you can build real technical skills and grow in manufacturing? Adecco is hiring Braiding Technicians in Quakertown, PA with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.20 per hour depending on shift.

What You’ll Do- Operate and monitor braiding machines following SOPs and work instructions
- Set up machines by threading materials and adjusting tension for production
- Ensure products meet exact quality and customer specifications
- Perform minor machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Measure product specs using tools like calipers and optical comparators
- Complete production logs, records, and GMP documentation
- Work with fine materials including filament, wire, and yarn
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills including measurements and calculations
- Competitive pay up to $24.20/hr

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.20 per hour
