• Assist in the management of subcontractors and field personnel
• Make sure schedules are matching and completed on time with some autonomy
• Help handle safety across the site and QA/QC by leading safety meetings
• Join Superintendent I in meeting with clients, architects, and design teams
• Ensure the site is clean and safe at the end of each day
• Occasionally assist in the involvement of preconstruction planning
• Develop daily and weekly plans for projects

• 3+ years as a superintendent or assistant superintendent with a general contractor
• Experience with projects ranging from $5-20M
• Ground-up and renovation experience
• An understanding of the critical path forward
• High safety emphasis
• A want to grow in the company and grow as a Superintendent
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, higher education, light industrial, manufacturing, or multifamily markets

• Competitive base salary up to $110K+ based on level of experience
