Job Description- Project documentation management
- Budget tracking and cost control
- Schedule monitoring and updates
- Subcontractor coordination
- RFI and submittal processing
- Change order management
- Job site visits and reporting
- Meeting coordination and minutes
- Vendor and material procurement
- Support with project closeout

The Successful Applicant
A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional with 2+ years of experience in Multifamily construction. Strong communicator with solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Able to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and support project managers in delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
What's on Offer- Competitive base salary: $65,000-$85,000
