Specialize exclusively in lifescience & regulated environments (labs, clean rooms, etc.) - projects up to $30M throughout Eastern MA, North Shore & Boston area
Relationship driven, hands on model where Senior leaders are directly involved in project execution, allowing team to move quickly while maintaining safety/quality standards

Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Leading day to day field operations on life science and lab projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
- Maintaining strict safety, quality, and GMP compliance standards
- Working closely with project managers, clients, and senior leadership
- Overseeing fast paced renovations, lab buildouts, and clean room scopes
- Managing multiple small to mid sized projects depending on workload
- Delivering projects on time while maintaining strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 5+ years (minimum) experience as a Superintendent with a GC
- Experience in lab, life science, clean room, or technical interiors
- Strong understanding of regulated environments such as GMP or research facilities
- Hands on leadership style with the ability to manage fast moving work
- Comfort working in a lean, collaborative team structure
- Experience running projects ranging from small renovations to larger fit outs
- Ability to commute to project sites across the North Shore and Eastern MA
- Willingness to work onsite full time
