About Our Client
Our client is hiring in the property industry in Manhattan.
Job Description- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Review project plans and specifications, addressing any potential issues proactively.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee material deliveries and inventory to prevent delays or shortages.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to keep the team informed.
- Resolve on-site challenges swiftly to minimize project disruptions.
