Boulder, CO | In Office & In the Field Full-Time | W2 Reports To: COO / Senior Project Manager

Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 + Performance Bonuses (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours may vary based on build schedules)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the execution of high-end custom home builds and luxury residential renovation projects.

This role is ideal for a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leader who understands luxury construction and is ready to grow into full Project Management responsibility.

You will work alongside senior leadership and project managers to help keep multimillion-dollar residential projects on schedule, on budget, and built to exceptional quality standards. The right candidate brings strong field awareness, attention to detail, and the desire to step into the next phase of their construction career.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing luxury residential new construction and high-end renovations
  • Assist with project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and progress tracking
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and quality
  • Help prepare and maintain daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Participate in weekly site meetings and assist with progress reporting
  • Track material deliveries and subcontractor timelines
  • Help identify and escalate potential delays or budget risks early
  • Support punch list management and project closeout
  • Maintain high standards for jobsite organization, safety, and professionalism

  • Wants long-term growth into a full Project Manager role
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in residential construction (Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Coordinator, or similar)
  • Experience on custom homes or high-end residential projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite flow
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and schedules
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites
Preferred (Strong Plus)
  • Experience supporting a Project Manager
  • Exposure to luxury or custom home construction
  • Familiarity with budgets, change orders, and cost tracking
  • OSHA certification
  • Construction-related degree or coursework
Compensation & Benefits
