RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment.$750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
- Work in IC/Med/Surg/Tele unit utilizing Epic system
- One year of nursing experience required
- Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited school of nursing required
- BSN or MSN from an accredited school of nursing preferred
- North Carolina RN license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC) required
- Provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards
- Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Perform patient assessments including physical, psychosocial, educational and safety needs
- Perform bedside point of care testing as required
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Demonstrate competence in care of patients with complex problems
- Organize and prioritize care according to patient and family needs
- Participate in professional development and unit performance improvement activities
- English proficiency required (read, write, speak)
