Shift Details:
- 40 hrs/week
- 8.5-hour shifts (including 30-min lunch)
- 5 days/week
Job Summary:
Seeking a Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, IV preparation, and patient care coordination in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and dispense medications accurately
- Prepare IV medications and support sterile processing
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams on medication management
- Maintain documentation within EMR systems
Requirements:
- Active NY Pharmacist License (NYSED)
- Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy
- Experience with IV room, sterile processing, and dispensing systems preferred
- EMR knowledge preferred
