Senior Operations Research Analyst - NAVY COMFRC with Security Clearance

This candidate will also serve as the contract's onsite project management lead. Location: Onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling, simulation, optimization, and statistical methods
• Develop decision-support models, simulations, and analytical products
• Analyze operational, maintenance, logistics, and cost data
• Develop optimal time, cost, and logistics networks for program evaluation
• Serve as SME for mission-critical and high-visibility initiatives
• Provide onsite project management (task coordination, schedules, risk, deliverables)
• Act as primary technical interface with Government leadership
• Oversee work of journeyman and junior staff Technology & Systems Familiarity

• Readiness dashboards, modeling tools, and enterprise data warehouses Required Qualifications:
• Must be a U.S.

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports.
• Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.

• Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
• Secret Clearance
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
