Operations Research Analyst - Journeyman - NAVY COMFRC with Security Clearance

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Research Analyst who independently performs operations research and analytical modeling in support of readiness, logistics, and sustainment objectives. Location: Onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD

• Apply optimization, simulation, and statistical methods
• Analyze maintenance, supply chain, operational, and cost data
• Develop analytical models, simulations, and dashboards
• Support readiness assessments and COA development Technology & Systems Familiarity

• MAL-EIT (EPUK, NGBMS, LPT)
• Readiness dashboards, modeling tools, and enterprise data warehouses Required Qualifications:
• Must be a U.S.

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports.
• Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.

• Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
