Job Description- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for ground‑up mixed commercial projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and vendor bids
- Develop conceptual budgets and assist with early-stage project planning
- Identify cost risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities
- Participate in bid reviews, presentations, and scope clarifications
- Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams for smooth handoff
- Maintain accurate cost databases and historical pricing records

The Successful Applicant- 3-7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- Proven experience estimating ground‑up mixed commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Ability to perform detailed takeoffs and cost analysis
- Experience working across multiple commercial project types preferred
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
