s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Management, or a closely related degree. 5 years of experience in any aftermarket management role. 5 years of experience managing a nationwide team with direct reports and KPI-driven performance management.
5 years of experience with supply chain and materials management including developing, managing, and supporting aftermarket fulfillment requirements. Demonstrated experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) for an aftermarket business, and achieving growth in aftermarket revenue and EBITDA.
Demonstrated experience building new organizational capabilities in an aftermarket environment. Demonstrated experience with digitalization, IoT commercialization, ecommerce aftermarket strategies, and deploying or managing Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) platforms.
Demonstrated experience utilizing Hoshin Matrix and X-Matrix tool for strategic alignment and continuous improvement. Domestic and international travel up to 20% of the time to visit manufacturing facilities, channel and distribution partners, and customer sites.
