Job Description
Executive Support- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing a complex and dynamic calendar
- Act as a gatekeeper for scheduling, prioritizing requests, and ensuring efficient use of executive time
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, flights, accommodations, and expense tracking
- Partner closely with two other Administrative Assistants to provide seamless administrative coverage
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Draft and distribute correspondence, meeting materials, and organizational communications as needed
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, meetings, and offsites
- Support event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site assistance
- Assist with general office operations and ad hoc administrative projects

The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
- Experience supporting senior executives and managing complex calendars
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, polished communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable working fully onsite, Monday through Friday
- Onsite role, Monday-Friday
- Collaborative team environment within a mission-driven education organization
- $60,000 annual salary, with flexibility up to $65,000 for highly qualified candidates
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with the intention of permanent conversion based on performance and organizational needs
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
