Deloitte is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Security Officer Specialist Manager to support security operations for classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, agency-sensitive, and Public Trust programs. This Specialist Manager role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and ensuring essential security operations for our 300+ classified contracts and more than 10,000 personnel security clearances.

* Administer National Industrial Security Program requirements for classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, agency-sensitive, and Public Trust programs
- Implement security procedures and controls for Department of Defense classified facilities, including secure area operations, access controls, and facility safeguards
- Support inspection readiness, self-inspections, corrective action tracking, and physical security compliance activities across classified environments
- Partner with Deloitte account teams, engagement leaders, Enterprise Solutions, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to support program security requirements
- Support security activities across the contract lifecycle, from proposal support through contract closeout
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications Required: * Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information access, as required
- Experience supporting classified operations in a rapid-response, customer-focused, results-driven team environment
- Experience supporting industrial security disciplines, including personnel security, physical security for Department of Defense classified facilities, information security, operations security, insider threat, incident management, classified document control, courier requirements, North Atlantic Treaty Organization requirements, international visit requests, and onsite classified meeting support
- Experience overseeing open storage area operations, including access authorization, visitor control, safeguarding procedures, end-of-day checks, alarm response, self-inspections, audits, reports, corrective action tracking, and preparation for government security reviews or inspections
- Experience establishing Facility Clearances, processing Facility Clearance packages, completing Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Form 147 submissions, drafting, coordinating, or processing DD Form 254 documentation, and supporting personnel security clearance processes in Request for Action, Defense Information System for Security, National Industrial Security System, and National Background Investigation Services
- Ability to travel up to 25%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be available to work onsite in Arlington, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Experience supporting Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency vulnerability assessments, government inspections, customer security reviews, corrective action planning, or continuous monitoring across classified programs
- Experience partnering with business leaders, engagement teams, subcontractors, and government security officials to implement security requirements
- Knowledge of Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence mitigation concepts, security classification guides, Special Access Programs, Sensitive Compartmented Information, counterintelligence, foreign travel safety, or business assurance programs
- Relevant security certifications such as Certified Special Security Officer, Personnel Security Officer, Industrial Security Professional, Security Fundamentals Professional Certification, SAP Program Coordinator, or Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence credentials
- Experience supporting Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility operations, Secure Internet Protocol Router Network authorization or compliance packages, novation, contract transitions, or facility clearance changes
