Service Manager Manufacturing Machinery
Oversee logistics, planning, and management of service center operations including dispatch, technical support, customer service, and quality assurance.
*** Meet service objectives and goals.
*** Supervise service employees, including hiring, disciplining, scheduling, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, training, completing time sheets, and evaluating performance.
*** Schedule field technicians to provide on site service, repair and installation of Automated Production Line Machinery.
*** Motivate technicians to work at maximum productivity.
*** Train and develop technicians to increase service and sales skills.
*** Provide technical support to via radio, telephone, and at job sites.
*** Review and audit technician paperwork and ensure equipment is in proper operating condition.
*** Resolve customer issues and complaints.
*** Review payroll records.
